The Oldschool PC Font Pack v2.0

Unrelated to the fonts, but I really love that CSS they're using to emulate the ANSI interfaces of my youth. Perhaps it's just a product of my age, but I find it a lot more usable then a lot of similar website interfaces.

Even just reading that home screen brings back strange sense memories. For anyone curious the main font used for this website is the "IBMVGA8" one. As a writer, I still think drafting things from scratch was best done on a 90's era black background PC running WordPerfect. I guess theoretically it's still possible to do that -- I wonder if anyone makes turnkey systems for that the way some people still specialize in old typewriters.

I love how each company experimented to come up with signature looks. Some are really nice to look at (like Olivetti MxVGA, Wyse 700b-2y correct 5:12, and the correct EpsonMGA Mono) while others are visually bizarre (like those insane r characters in Sperry, and pretty much everything about EagleSpCGA Alt2 and Alt3 fonts). The tiny red-on-grey is so hard to read, though. But it's pretty much on par with what we saw back then.
