There was this spoofed page that looked just like plain, unordered text file of passwords, that intercepted ctrl-f, displayed searchbox look-alike based on your user-agent and generated entries to match the password you are typing, so it looked as if your password was there. Anyone happens to remember the URL?

For my money, nothing beats miku-chan03's pull requests. She's most famous for the "fucksy wucksie" PR: https://www.reddit.com/r/ProgrammerHumor/comments/88dl5c/pro... However, she has apparently made a lot more, for example: https://github.com/fairyglade/ly/issues/435 My favorite part is that (although I can't see the code of the closed request to verify) it appears that she is providing actual fixes to actual bugs.
