HN comment orderMy first thought: an entirely new language for one domain? But then I started looking at the examples and how styles and an xml-like syntax are given first-class support and it makes sense. It really is a hard problem to shove into an existing language, evidenced but all the transpiling that goes on now. Thanks for sharing!
What I would really like is for JS to have a good macro system so I don't have to subscribe to the two caste hierarchy of language creator and language user. Sweet.js [1] did it for me initially as cspjs[2] had async, await and more years before ... but I never found the time to ramp up to the updated version sadly so I can't comment on its state now. I was expecting this project to be using JS/TS underneath but surprised to find Crystal Lang instead. Wonder what prompted them to use Crystal ... Otherwise, it's so easy to read I love it. I can read it like prose rather than the robotic/mechanical way I have to read JS components right now. Good work!
Is this kind of an Elm replacement?
