HN comment ordervimtutor was all it took for me and didn't take that long. Yes, it takes about 30 minutes to get through, but I used it off and on as a refresher as I was getting more accustomed to using vim. Here I am half a year later I do almost all of my text editing using GVim. A bit off topic, but I find it amusing that the two top posts on the HN front page right now are "Open Vim" and "How to Exit Vim".
This looks nice but I am looking for advanced tutorial. For instance, I just randomly found that pressing N% in normal mode will take you to the Nth percentage line of a file. That you can run a macro on multiple files with :argdo normal@mw command. Where can I find such advanced stuff?
