I never agreed with this. Who defines what is considered "weird"? Should all projects declare up-front that it only is designed to work on: - x86_64 and aarch64 - linux, darwin and windows - glibc (no musl) - binutils x.xx - ... ... where do you stop before you're defining an exact linux distribution?
