The author's website is incredibly clever: http://cb.vu/ It's a fake terminal but it's surprisingly fully functional (lots of commands work, tab autocompletion, etc.)
Some errors, just from the first few sections alone. From section 1: * "man hier" is out of date, alas. https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/567405/5132 * If one is going to have a Linux/FreeBSD/Solaris split, one needs to apply it to section 1.
