I love the part on organizations & conferences. Seems like I have worked with many agents in the past: (1) Insist on doing everything through "channels." Never permit short-cuts to be taken in order to expedite decisions (5) When possible, refer all matters to ' committees, for "further study and consideration." Illustrate your "points" by long anecdotes and accounts of personal experiences. - Insist on perfect work in relatively unimportant products.
