HN comment orderPanic never stops surprising me. You'd think you had them figured out, they keep jumping onto another shelf. It must be fun to work at Panic. It reminds me of how tech companies were in the 90s. Clear mission, but open horizon.

I have one of these (I was in batch 1), and it's a really neat little play console. The quality of the physical device is really good IMO, and the operating system has a lot of flare and generally fun to use. I don't think they have the same problems with manufacturing anymore, but when I ordered mine it took over a year for it to arrive (bought 29 July 2021, received 6 September 2022); something about their batteries not…
