Wait, what? How could someone reconstruct single commits? There was no Git back then! The patch program is quite old (1985), but those patches go back to 1972.
I'm inclined to be interested, but correct me if I'm wrong: Is there not potential for copyright infringement if code is copied to this repository? I understand what you _intend_ to do here, and that's awesome, but I'd be careful about _how_ it's done. Cheers.
